Señor Archos,

An interesting proposition regarding the Cardamine. We're happy to open our plantations up to you and provide you with as much Cardamine as you need, our only condition is that you allow us some degree of oversight on the projects you're planning. We'd like to work closely with you on your research, perhaps our knowledge could compliment that of yours and speed things along.

We've instructed our pilots and captains that operating within Core territory, outside of Omicron Rho is currently permitted and encouraged. While we don't have an enormous capital fleet currently available to us, what we do have will be dispatched to Nauru orbit and support you as and when you need it.

We're currently unable to commit anything significant to pressuring the Order in the northern Omicrons, we'll have to wait and see if any opportunities arise in the near future, the war in Gallia has potential to breed all sorts of possibilities.
