while this is the Phoenix Feedback, you can always reach to me privately through forum PMs, Discord PMs or our feedback threads so any deviancy of good behavior is internally processed.

This mostly applies to transports. When that demand was made, it was a gunboat and a battleship which I believed was a fair fight. The other gunboat approached later on.
Still, just because you can, doesn't means you should. In the example of a large fleet battle, you can completely wipe the floor with your opponent and go after the stragglers. Can you drop your entire combined force on a few targets? Yeah. But, should you?
You mention DTR a lot. DTR has its flaws, but it no excuse, ever, to put everyone under the same umbrella. Imagine I was a brand new player and the newest DTR member. Would I get rude PMs because of X thing DTR did a month prior? Should I? Is it even fair or deserved?

Demand was leave the area.
You're gravely mistaken. You seem to be mixing in-rp gameplay with OOC behavior.

I have absolutely no idea what you're talking about. If you're talking about the barge piracy (which never materialized and wasn't my intention to pirate the barge), that is gameplay and completely fine. if you think a crucial gameplay element is a personal attack, please go play another game.
Brother, in my last time I logged as a Zoner roughly 2 weeks ago was to respond to 3x Phoenix (2 carriers and one bomber) who were demanded to leave by a fleet of 8 Corsair ships (roughly half tagged, one of them being the 1ic, half untagged, but familar names). Besides this, I was once pirated by a DTR fleet of 4 caps, using a JD on a Bustard to intercept me. Cool RP, no complains, but the piracy fleet seemed a bit too large, if you know what I am saying.
Being HC yourself you should be aware of the ongoing beef that's going on. Dropping feedback posts it's a good way to keep it boiling.

Difference is, DTR is consistent in this behavior. You may not be the one endorsing it, you may not be the one actively participating in it, but it's happening a lot. I saw at least 6 DTR ships camping Corfu the other day with only 2 Phoenix Longhorns present. Don't be surprised if your players are given a taste of their own medicine (and if they don't like it very much) when they repeatedly and consistently refuse to get better. Bitterness and spite is something humans can feel, especially gamers. Especially in such a tight community as our own.
Improvement will start when you will start improving. Not the other way around.
I consider this matter closed. I confirm I took note of your complain, both the message and the battle. That message should be the last occurrence a Phoenix do that.
A recent conflict with our Order faction (34th) followed by a discussion between myself and @Soban in the PMs showed how competent this man is.
We did not tolerate any negativity towards each other and were understanding of the server we are on. This does not change the point of view of our characters in the RP and certainly not the situation around which everything happened.
This person's appropriate response shows what every faction in Discovery should be held to, be it official or unofficial. Whatever conflict there is between players in the game arena - that should stay in the game and not spill over elsewhere.
