As discussed in the Discord, we should use this as a guide and any specific scenarios or questions should go to a moderator for an official answer (and also as a CYA).
Rules are made to provide a parameter of play to prevent unfair disadvantages or gamesmanship. There are loopholes everywhere in the rules. Doing as the rules intend and asking questions is the best way we all, as a community, can have fun.
It ain't about what you are capable of, it's about what you're willing to do.
