4.3 - All bounties must specify which characters, tags, or IDs are hired to claim a bounty before it can be collected. Characters with a Bounty Hunters Guild ID may claim on Police, Military, and Corporate bounty boards without registration unless the board specifically states otherwise.

Word of advice, whoever the HC may be, don't go giving away your tag and shareds to people that didn't even read the basic server rules and (apparently) don't know how scanning works, it'll give you more troubles than you have already, regarding being taken seriously by the rest of the community.

In response to the incident, it has been reviewed and the member has been made aware of their infraction. Sally, we thank you for your patience and understanding. The member is a relatively new member to the community. We will do a better job of keeping an eye on our members, especially new ones.
I know it's a meme at this point to ask for better behavior, but if two players are spending an hour at keeping other people out of their duel, it would be fine if the people of this faction would respect that. It's a minor issue, but it makes the difference between a satisfying duel and an unnecessary gank that ruins that rare kind of matchmaking. Please consider this for the next time.

Thank you to reaching out to us. It's unfortunate that you think it's a meme to ask for better behavior. We are currently going through some internal changes to not only increase our presence on the server and on the forums, but also the behavior of all of our members. We appreciate your patience and reaching out to us.
I found a couple of players who stated there was a situation that happened where there was a long duel but there were incoming hostiles, one of which is a known 1/2/ pvp'er. Unfortunately that player never showed up and the miscalculation resulted in the unnecessary gank. We value an honest fight but I believe, in this case, it was an honest mistake. I have asked the players to message you personally so that an understanding can be reached.
