I am Moros, but a lowly slayer who has sworn eternal alliegance to the Phantom Empire. I am sure you are aware of our mutual status as being firmly neutral, to avoid any... nasty accidents. Accidents which have been repeated in the past, with other, less understanding groups bearing the brunt of any pain.
Let me tell you a bit about myself. Namely, the ways in which I like to torture people. One way that works, is this:
Skin your prisoner alive, from the legs upwards, taking care to avoid exposed arteries or veins.
Cut the tendons in the elbows and knees.
Expose the small intestine, and unravel it, wrapping it around the prisoner's body.
Remove muscle tissue from the biceps to reveal the humourous.
Force them to eat said muscle.
Rip open their stomach.
Leave them to die in pain.
Now, bearing this in mind, I would like to submit a well worded and very formal complaint about one of your group, known as the HAF.
For no other reason than to test my skill and weaponry, three HAF Titan's opened fire on my vessel without warning. Of course, I was quite surprised, since I was having quite a lovely chat with them only moments beforehand. My policy on using the tactics at my disposal is to not use them unless they are required. In this case, against the Corsairs, they were not, and I chose to beat a hasty retreat. Of course, this followed a slew of accusations of being a coward. I am sure you can imagine as much. I do only have one camera shot of the start of the skirmish, though.
In the future, I will not let any pilots who needlessly waste my resources to live. You can rest assured, that if this is not dealt with at the earliest possible opportunity, Lord Darkstar himself and the terminator lords will see to it that this particular band of brigands are dispatched with post haste. This is not a threat, gentlemen, this is a promise.
Act quickly, choose where your alleigence lies. With your "brothers" who cannot tell the difference between friend or foe, or an Empire of proportions yet unseen within Sirius.

I wont pretend that I am very disappointed that you judge who you shoot by the colour of the identifier that you can see. Words do not describe my desire to cut you into little tiny pieces, and feed you to some of my less restrained comrades. But maybe, they would want to consume you while you were still alive... . I do hope that your Council of Elders finds a satisfactory settlement to this problem, for your sakes. They are well aware of what we will do to you if the problem is not dealt with.
Remember, diplomacy is but a formality that I must endure to apease my lords. If it were up to me, then your blood would soil my hands, your body crushed at my feet. Nothing would please me more. As it stands, I have been instructed to say that we demand the removal of your ship, and proof by way of a camera shot showing the removal of your ship by your own people. Considering what I would do, you would be getting off very lightly.
