Bug: RH06_planet_1 too close at nebula border

RH06_planet_1 (Nuremberg, Munich) is too close to the border of the dark matter storm it's drowned it. Either move the nebula further into the system to cover it more or move the planet 1-2k deeper into the cloud to avoid a sudden pop-up when approaching it. Big objects don't work well with nebula borders.
