Consider this a request, but not the kind of request you have the liberty of ignoring.
Yesterday we received a diplomatic level transmission from a member of the Phantom empire informing us that members of the HAF had engaged one of their vessels. Since that time we have been receiving transmissions at various levels from the phantoms, including reports that they are considering taking these matters into their own hands.
We have maintained a neutral and peaceful relationship with the Phantoms for a very long time and we intend to continue doing so.

So what part of "do not attack the phantoms" do your pilots not understand? Under what authority did they act in engaging the Phantom vessel, which has now led to us facing the very real possibility of armed phantom battle-groups descending on our space each looking to sate their thirst for vengeance with HAF blood?! Under what pretext did your pilots risk a war with a powerful enemy and thus endanger all Corsairs everywhere?
Reign your people in, get them under control or once again the council will be forced to do this for you.

I would personally advise you to deal with the offending pilots publicly and effectively, HAF.Pacha.Mama has figured in our transmissions from the Phantoms, and should be dealt with for breaking Corsair law. After your recent diplomatic debacle which led to a shooting match with the council i must inform you the HAF are treading on very thin ice - these kind of events risk alienating you from your people and your people from you.

This is not a matter for discussion or debate.

Deal with it, or it will be dealt with.

Hello there Elder Ben Laowai.

Communication was received, These pilot HAF-C-PachaMama will be punished severely by this action, then we will kick him out of our organization for insubordination and omission of the Corsair Laws.

There is a good example to the new pilots, who dont know read very well our Laws.

Please do extensive our apologies to the Phantoms about this incident.
