Since Liberty uses primarily lazer and pulse cannons, you'd be best off with a gravitron shield.

What type of weapons do xeno's and bounty hunters use, even back in the day i always seemed to have the wrong shield.

Still need a good weapon setup

I am using hellfury class 9 x4
train cd and supernova cannon

Xenos: Particle
Liberty Police, Navy, and LSF: Lazer/Pulse
Liberty Rogues: Lazer/Pulse
Outcasts: Particle
Corporations: Lazer/Pulse

You're best off with Gravitron shields. Faction class 9s/10s or codes are best for bombers.
