It is in our interest do determine the current stance of The Core regarding the events unveiling in Rheinland; Rheinland United Republic will not seek your involvement in the conflict, but we would very much prefer to keep past commercial agreements in full force and, if needed be - to revitalise them according to the realities we are facing. Hardware exchange will have to be temporarily halted, otherwise odds are that the delays in delivery of requested hardware will be beyond any acceptable timings.
Would you look favourably at the suggested course of action, or would you happen to have suggestions of your own? We are open to review and discuss them.

The Core bids you a good day.
The Core High Command sees no benefit in intervention, thus we remain neutral to the current situation in Rheinland.
The Core High Command cannot spare any war assets due to increasing Nomadic and Infectee activity. AP Manufacturing, however, could be willing to provide you with provisions and other materials, should the need arise.

To: Secretary Laurence Miles Arcturus,
That much is both acceptable and understandable.
Federal Military might need the services of APM logistical division in the near future, and i will keep you updated over this channel as the situation develops. On a side note - i would like an amount of twenty thousand units of APM advanced hardware reserved for Büro on Alabama. I will arrange the pickup of reserved hardware in the upcoming days.
