Well, new Papers arent a Problem, and as far as i could Find out you are not on any Bounty List right now. so a Simple Change of your ID and IFF Transponder Chip should be enough. but i have made a bit of Research, if you want to Fly the Aspis with Freelancer or Junker Papaers then the Chips in the IFFs will reduce your Powercore to 75%. it should still be enough for your Reasearch and Equipment, but i thought you should know that. with that Papers you should be able to Opperate more freely and have a easyer Acess to the Scientific Comunity, but i warn you that the Police and Navy might have something against your Ships Origin. as for my Conections i have already Contacted Jill about the Device and hope for awnser soon. she Knows more Peapole in the Scientific world than i do, so i hope she can Say us where you find the Help and Teachings you Search. as for the Equipment i think some Laboratory Equipment should be no Problem and not to Expensive, i Have some Friends at Ames Research Station so Gater the Equipment you need should be Easy. i will Include you a List of all the Reasearch Eqiupment i found so far, should something is missing tell me what you need and you get it.

Good morning,

I just received your transmission. I understand for the papers... But if my ship works with a capacity of 75% I don't think it will be suficient. I need its full power to deffend myself, to experiment things and other! Imagine if I flying and suddently the engine shut down because the experiment takes too much energy! I know the autorities don't like this ship and will try to stop me if I'm in their house. So I was thinking a second plan.

My plan:

I'll send a transmission to gouvernments. I'll explain to them why this ship and why I'll maybe keep my papers that I have right now right now. I know it's risky for me, but I need to try. No?

Anyway, my meeting with the guy was a succes. I'll tell you what happened only in private.
