Okay, so I've noticed the board was a bit dead, and I had a very good question:

What's everyone's favored comics character? Marvel, DC, Image, Whatever. I'd like to put an emphasis on Western-style comics, but if Manga's all you're familar with, feel free to add that too.

My pics?

Deadpool: Simply because the guy's so violent and smartarsed and just....wow.

The Joker: See above, in fact, I think he's the only DC character I consitantly like. It's something about the glee he takes in his psychosis that really speaks to me....

Groilla Grodd: Oh? Did I say the Joker was the only DC villian I consistantly liked? Well, that's true, but Groilla Grodd is a freaking gorilla :P

And to round it out: I like Spiderman but then again, who doesnt? I also like Bartoc the Leaper...that guy's so precious, he doesn't realize he sucks!

So, that's my picks, anyone else?

Um.. Donald Duck?
Actually I like Fethry Duck best but I don't know if Disney counts as comic books.

I haven't read alot of comic books, and the ones I did read I can't remember any of the characters very well...

Gambit, I guess... though I don't really read comics.

"When a man lies
He murders some part of the world
These are the pale deaths which men miscall their lives
All this I cannot bear to witness any longer
Cannot the kingdom of salvation take me home?"

Hmmm, comic books eh? I won't repeat the ones already said, though I have more of a taste for villains than heroes, heheheh....

Magneto - One of the most powerful villains in Marvel, who's powers are sorely nerfed in the movies.

Legato Bluesommers - This guy is great, the way he screws with people's minds is simply priceless. From anime/manga I know, but too cool not to mention.

General Grievous - Technically not a comic book character, but awesome all the same. We're talking from the outstanding Clone Wars microseries, not the lame, useless version in the equally worthless Episode 3. :angry2: *Force chokes George Lucas*

Dr. Doom - Just the one from the comics, movie version looks lame.

All I can think of for now...

Edit: Didn't DoomsDay kill superman? Pardon my ignorance, didn't really read too much past superman's death, heh. Anyway, he's on my list too =D

"I`m not much of a philosofer, but if you want to know what i beleive, i`ll tell you. I beleive the greatest threats to our freedom actually start small, they begin as random events that most people don`t even notice. But they grow, they multiply, they start chain reactions that threaten the entire world. Some people call that fate, i call it Chaos Theory. But beleiving in Chaos Theory doesn`t mean you have to surrender to it"
