We at Kishiro Technologies prefer to look at it as Indentured Servitude.
The prisoners are shipped here to work off their debt to society for their crimes.
You may call them slaves if you wish but we have a court order to house these workers for the duration of their incarceration.
Once they have payed there debt they are free men to do as they please, of course that is a while away so they will just have to keep working until then.

And yes we would prefer prisoners or P.O.W.s as a commodity as opposed to Slaves as it makes more sense considering we are acquiring these workers legally.

The okinawa system is an atrocity for following logical RP. Seriousley, i didn't want to say anything in the last topic about okinawa being a bit farfetched, but in all seriousness, it is.
