While I can only speak from the BDM Side of the house, our intent was to help educate you guys. EisenSeele has made it clear to everyone in BDM that we are not out for any personal vendetta, or fueled by any OORP motivations.
That being said, you've blocked them on Discord, both from PMs and the FTP Discord chat. That doesn't really send the message of "we accept the feedback" and more "We don't like you screw you".

InRP our Uboat fleet is the vengeance side of BDM. apart from maintaining a POB, sieges are unbalanced and unfair, Defenders suffer time+resource+effort while, Attackers do not lose anything sit and right click on it
one example showed today that IE guys non stop sieged a POB today, but even we repelled them and still they will siege soon.
Discovery welcomer page exactly says "Build your installation and manufacture goods!", not what I said in the first paragraph
I am sure when that POB will gone Discovery will lose another -x amount of players
and same for other pobs, because some people play the game for it.
this is said millions of time but POB rules need to be changed asap
like failed siege results in 1 day cooldown to siege again. or a requirement of amounts of people in specificed times etc etc
Few tips if you want to continue to more have fun and less headache in this server:
1. Dont bother with POB, especialy in Bretonia-Rheinland and in between. Lots od bullies that will use any mish-mash excuse to destroy your hard work, it is not worth
yout time and effort to deal with them.They are very well organised and they have years of expirience in bullying hole server without punishment thanks to good back.
2.Stick to just flying araund ,have fun and Rp betwen your self and your friends ,and make simple and not to complex Forum RP,most they can do to you in that case is ruin your rep by some bullshit excuse, and in that case just restart character and they will preatty soon relize it takes them more effort to ruin your rep than it takes you to restart character,and they will get tired and move on to bully somone else.Best way to deal them is to ignore them,and leave them no place where they can hurt or harm you.
A decision has already been made. I will stay on the server. As far as FTP is concerned, you will soon find out how it goes further, please give us a moment regarding all diplomacy and threats.

Just fly until you realize that you have enough of this, and just play some other games.
You don't even need to Torrent buy them for a high price, just wait for Steam/Origin sales, so you could have something nice to play, without giving retailer several hundreds of your honestly or not earned Dollars or Euros.
A lot of players made a mistake investing too much time and nerves into this game, and all their effort came to vain... you know.
