Out of our currently controlled bases, the infocard for Belvedere Refinery specifically mentions it importing uranium ore from the Sigmas so it would be a great fit for that.

None of our bases specifically mention any Ore Processing, but Tripoli Shipyard does mention scrapping capacities, presumably for Premium Scrap and Military Salvage, which are the only ores I'd expect to have a primary sell-point for. Everything else would just be a fence or secondary sell point and could be done on Planet Crete.

Either Planet Malta, or Valletta Shipyard in Omicron Alpha are the 2 bases that would most likely receive ores for processing.
