The fact that I made changes to Kyoto base does not mean that I've made changes to the system. System was left intact with all encounters, partol paths etc. it originally had. Moreover, I didn't exactly change Kyoto base, I just swapped ships it was selling.

It might be a problem with the freelancer installation on Dab's system....
I'd like to see if anyone of us have had the same problem at Kyoto....
If that's the case, then something is grong at kyoto. (remember that the problem occurs when you go to the ship dealer...)
Else, Dab's installation might be corrupted...

(i'll go to kyoto tonight, to see what happens)

Yea it doesn't have to do with the system it has to do with the Kyoto base ship dealer.

Not long ago 1 of my chars was with a Blood Dragon , and i had no problems with the base , the dealer and the system. Eventually i changed it to a Titan and then to Sabre. No problem at me.
