{DHC} adoption

As a joint decision between me @"NixOlympica" and @Prysin we have decided to open {DHC} up for donation.

If you are interested in taking over the faction which includes all of its assets, RP (with the exception of my personal character @Großherzog Albert von Kelsen), Discord server and very lazy yet cool playerbase please PM this account with the reasons why it should be you with some general ideas and your Discord so that I can contact you. I will work with you for any and all necessary transition.

In case that no one is interested or I do not think it's a good idea to give the faction to you, the faction will be disbanded,

The leadership of the faction including this account, Discord server, all shared assets and previous RP has hereby been transferred to @"Wasserdrache". May his reign be long, stable and bountiful for {DHC}. He will also be added to all government channels representing {DHC} and I will leave all of those.

My personal character @Großherzog Albert von Kelsen will resign from the board and serve as a governor of the Köln System until/unless the Rheinland government decides to replace him. I will have no voice and influence in the government unless I return one day and should I be asked to take part again.

Gentlemen, it has been a privilege playing with you.
