with civilian guns and tech only ( I recommend you buy them before you buy the LF as youre not allowed to purchase any after that.)

Yes

Join the Keepers, if they like how much effort you're putting into it they might let you in.

Also you can use Outcasts guns, Krakens or Wyrms.

Actually, its soon to be Civy guns only. (unless some dedicated nomad weapons (sub-par) are added for this purpose.)

personally i removed all guns, shield, CM dropper, and disruptor.

The important thing is to LOOK like a nomad, and you don't do so with
human guns attached to your "body" or a shield piercing out of your transparent hull.

you probably shouldnt even put guns on the nomad LF, you arent allowed to attack anyone anyways =P

The point is to show devotion to the Nomads. Shooting up humans won't help that.
