Herr Profrock, i have read your orders and instructions, i am uploading it as we speak

to my sublieutenant who will inform others in my wing.

I agree with your instructions with a side note , I have few fellow Zoners who

do not make me nervous and who helped me with equipment on Freeport 2 so i will bend instructions

just a bit when i come across them.

Manual does not say anything about catching Liberty / Rheindland corporations who are somehow carrying

Blood Diamonds (ooRP! ). Manual states to preserve Blood Diamonds in any case . I advise destruction of

that vessels of pushing taxes a bit higher !
