Last Will and Testament
of
Jennifer Haze

I. DECLARATION
I, Jennifer Haze, stateless person currently residing on Shinjuku Station, New Tokyo System, Empire of Kusari, being of sound mind, not acting under duress or undue influence, in anticipation of approaching and untimely death, and fully understanding the nature and extent of all my property and of this disposition thereof, do hereby make, publish and declare this document to be my Last Will and Testament.

II. PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE
I nominate and appoint Hano Nobuyuki, of NNK Consulting (a subsidiary of Samura Keiretsu), residing on Planet New Tokyo, New Tokyo System, Empire of Kusari as Personal Representative and Executor of my estate. If my Personal Representative fails or ceases to so serve, then I ask that NNK Consulting selects a fitting replacement for Personal Representative.

III. DISPOSITION OF PROPERTY
I bequeath my property, both real and personal and wherever situated as follows:

1st Beneficiary: Melanie J. Rose, currently residing on Freeport 6, Tau-29, Tau Border Worlds, as my dearest friend and counsellor, with the following property:

- all shares in Kurotori Holding, T. K., a limited partnership domiciled on Shinjuku Station, New Tokyo System, Empire of Kusari in my possession as of the time of execution of this document.

2nd Beneficiary: Kurotori Holding, T. K., a limited partnership domiciled on Shinjuku Station, New Tokyo System, Empire of Kusari, with the following property:

- all remaining financial assets, securities, physical property, cash, and liabilities, to be used at the partnership's discretion.

IV. SIGNATURE
I, the undersigned, do hereby declare that I sign and execute this instrument as my last Will, that I sign it willingly in the presence of each of the undersigned witnesses, and that I execute it as my free and voluntary act for the purposes herein expressed, on this 5th day of September, 828 A.S..
