Salutations Honourable Representatives of the Guildmasters,

I am Representative Lorelei of Survey Group Windhaven, recently returned from an extended exploratory voyage into the extra-solar space of the Walker Nebula. Preparation of reports from the expedition is currently underway, to be supplied to the Board for assessment in relation to operations at Madeira Base. In the meantime, we have set up a small installation in the Omegas as an initial step towards our re-integration into main-line Guild operations, your ships do of course, already have docking access.

Survey Group Windhaven would like to make ourselves available to the Board for assistance in ongoing projects. At present, unfortunately, the returned survey group is operating at limited capacity due to the Guild's current lack of shipyard facilities in the South Sirius Sector. Our initial projections indicate a 0.46 probability of severe logistical disruption to the Guild's Southern operations within the next 10 Standard Years in the event that a new shipyard in the region is not secured, therefore we hope and anticipate that the Board is treating this issue as a high priority.

I suppose that calls for additional investigation and reprimanding technicians that have been last servicing my workstation. That I'll have to do, oh yes...

Your transmission indicates you are a "Former Guildmistress", so I am somewhat hesitant to understand why you have accessed this channel.

If you are no longer holding authority within the Guild, I would ask that you please refrain from tapping into channels designated for upper Guild use in future... However, we are pleased to hear from a fellow Guildmember.

If you are indeed still a member of the Guild, I am of course pleased to make your acquaintaice, and I am happy for you to make contact on a separate channel. Or survey group has been away for a long time, and we are keen to reintigrate with the Guild as a whole. However, we remember Jack Henderson as the Primary Guildmaster, and we would appreciate news of his good health, retired or otherwise.

I will be extremely candid with you, we do not know you, and your demand that I attend Madeira Base for a 'surprise' does not fit well with me. Can you please provide verification of who you are, and of your legitimate status within the Guild?
