Leif entered the room almost unnoticed. Some people were discussing, and he recognized one of them. Must be the correct room he thought. "Greetings Jack." he said and added "As well, hello to everybody else." "My shuttle from the construction site just arrived." Leif took a seat and continued "My engineering team supervisor asked me to inform you about the construction site's current status." Leif cleared his throat "We're ahead of schedule, the scaffolding already is complete. The construction materials are safely stored at the site." Leif was pointing to the console and the displayed blueprints "Are we going to start according to the latest blueprints we already got? Or have you made any significant changes that would halt the original schedule?" Leif leaned back awaiting an answer.

Chillworth had been scribbling on his tablet as the conversation was going on, taking notes whilst peering at the hologram schematics. Once he was done and also realised he had neglected to add anything himself he cleared his throat.
“Alright Guv, have to say your choice in usin the Zeus as your template was a good choice. Its been used for civvy and military use so it lends it self right for our needs. I do have some recommendations. Firstly I would say that you need to ensure a good degree of Separation between reactor and storage, if the reactor goes and the Storage facility has anything even remotely explosive your in for a world of trouble. So what id say is we place either a thick ol bulkhead in between or even just a gap where nothing can combust"
He scratch's his head with his stylus once more as he goes through his notes.
"Lookin at your Towers I agree with Steve that other secondary control centres are needed. Smaller secondary centres at the top and bottom of the main docking structure, and now I think about it, a secondary reactor as well. That way should the main body of Kadesh be compromised or even destroyed, the ships that are still docked have a chance of being unclamped and sent to safety."

Chillworth nod's as things begin to wrap up though he looks at Jack once he asks if there were any questions

"I am just curios as to what the outta hull will be made of. Station is going to be bombarded with Radiation and weather attacks from the squids. Will need to be made of tough stuff that can be repaired in a pinch"

As Jack noticed Leif, he slightly smiled. “Here gentlemen, the man who’s gonna make our plans real. Please Leif, have seats. Though we‘re mostly finished with the details. Several changes according to our schematics were made, but they will not halt us at this stage”.

“The idea with the secondary reactor section is good, we could take a look into the depth of this suggestion. With the generator allocated in the heart of the station, the most secured area, there’s a little chance to be unpowered for the City only in matters of total decompression that could lead to the disaster. But thankfully, our corefleet and Order patrols will intercept any alien or other hostile forces that would attempt to begin the demolition site.” Jack took his tablet and noted Chillworth's suggestion “Though we were already quite limited in the space for a whole new reactor section. Perhaps a mixture of minor generators and naturally for any deck battery section would be enough for any kind of accidents or evacuation. Other sections that will be attached to the core of the Zeus will be mostly independently maintained by its reactors I suppose, but it's not a topic for today”.

Steve listens to the final section and gazes on the holographic slide, examining the mooring superstructure in details whilst going in deep thought preforming mental simulations. Suddenly snapped into his attention was Leif introducing himself, and then turned his head to Chillworth's response, giving both the respective nods to their comments.

Eventually he returns his focus back to the mooring point at hand, but nothing more useful could be added here. Steve could only reply with "All good here Jack, nothing to add." Before continue to note "satisfied to proceed"
