This is Okawa Nana, Samura Industries.
I have recently completed the delivery of an... incredibly large quantity of Super Alloys, an endeavor which proved to be quite profitable. After some brief consideration, I have decided to invest these tens of millions directly into the development and prosperity of Kusari.
While surveying our wonderful space, I've observed that absolutely no one on the Kusari side is currently mining Niobium. In connection with this, I would like to formally request permission to construct a modular station in the Kyushu system to begin this operation.
Station Name: Murasakiiro Refinery. Coordinates: C4, -41058, -99, -4250. Nearby Objects: Trade Lane (~4K), Tsushima Depot (~14K), Planet Aso (~9K), Tau-23 Jump Hole (~30K). It is a bit of a "dusty" location, I admit, but I believe there should be no security problems, as the Tsushima Depot and the Trade Lane are very close.

Under different circumstances, the Ministry would have waved off the usual permit fee in good will but with the looming threat of further escalation at our southern border, they have ruled to issue a fee - albeit with considerable discount - of 5.500.000 credits as one-time payment to be wired to the standard neural-net account: Anzen-1
