First off, let me to introduce myself. My name is Christian Burton, I represent group known as Phoenix, a society based off on the Outworlder Assembly.
I believe this is the first time I’m sending transmission to Deep Space Engineering, but in the past we were signing off on the Bethlehem treaty and several other agreements. And I feel like reestablishing the long term relations with Liberty through the prism of DSE, as currently we are in search of some information that should be in your possession.
Our group is based on the Omicrons and this is the place that we would like to spread our roots further. For a significant amount of time we've constructed a modular station Kadesh Orbital Colony, in orbit of planet Palmyra that exists in the far reaches of the Omicron Zeta system. During the time, said station passed though several major extendments, to satisfy growth of the population. But time has come, the station couldn't longer be extended due to the limited original shape and technical capabilities of the onboard apparatus.
This being said, it will be much cheaper to construct a new installation in orbit of the current base, which could serve as a safe drop off point of the materials and comfortable place for scaffolding. With a limited amount of time my men were looking for any existing projects that could satisfy our needs in necessary parameters.
The choice has fallen on the Zeus class station. That will be the core of all further extensions. The project under codename "Kadesh Orbital City" would utilize best technologies, to ensure the safety and comfort of it's people even in such exotic, remote location as Omicron Zeta.
We understand that is a complicated project which could take ages in construction especially in such an unwelcome place, but there comes the modularity. At this moment we want to build a Zeus class station, which would serve as a source of required power in excess for rest future parts, control tower, defensives and other most essential base mechanics and apparatus.
Thus, we would like to request Zeus class blueprints for the first stage of the Kadesh Orbital City construction. Would you be able to share those? Name your price. Share of technologies or joint construction team - it's more relevant to your current capabilities, we're ready to consider any.
SUBJECT: Zeus class blueprints TO: Christian Burton
New York, Liberty Space
Greetings,
My name is Jess Doe, CEO of Deep Space Engineering. We have received your request for Zeus class blueprints and it has been forwarded to me to review - as I am sure you are aware, passing over blueprints is something we must consider carefully.
I appreciate your reasons for wanting to construct a station in orbit of existing infrastructure, and I believe the particular style you have opted to peruse will benefit you as a group, as well as providing safety for all those on board.
While normally there would be a significant fee for passing these on to you, I will be happy to provide you with all the information you require, as a show of good faith in your attempts to reestablishing the long term relations with Liberty. While we cannot and will not speak on behalf of the Government, I personally believe good relations and times of peace help the economy and technological advancements. Both of which Deep Space Engineering are very interested in.
Because of this, all I ask is a small fee of 50 million credits to be transferred to DSE)General.Ledger .
I am also willing to part with a team of engineers and construction crew for some time to assist you in this project should you require this. There will be a separate contract developed for this, mostly pertaining to their health and safety. Should you be interested, I will be sure to forward you this as soon as possible.
Your decision is appreciated, my people will start working on adopting Zeus blueprints according to our needs per their receivement. Our inner structure could seem to be quite specific to most existing stations of the following class. Though a good example that is quite close to our needs in terms of design - Augsburg Colony. Sadly it could not be longer studied - the station was dismantled and consumed by the dark matter storm. Though with publicly available information, Augsburg pattern could be taken as a good example of further steps of station development.
The required sum was transferred to your account. While your price for such information is quite modest, I believe it could be a great start of our cooperation that could boost our mutual benefit. Of course if you have any human resources to spare to help us with establishing blueprints, it’s welcomed. Voice your terms.
