We would like to Park the Liner above the Ice Moon Sekigane, as this Location gives the Guests a Nice View over the Beauty of Tottori, and it's only a Short Flight with one of our Dorado Shuttles to the Race Track. The Starmap with the Planned Location of the Liner will be in the Attachment. For that reason, we would want to know what the Legal Procedures are for our Liner to be Stationed there.
