Now, after some 43 years of serving the Republic in both the Navy and federal law enforcement, I believe it is time for me to finally retire. I have served Liberty proudly and, may I say, with distinction and would like to continue flying the ship as a memento of my service. Permission to do so would be greatly appreciated.
