Seigneur de Lusignan,
she will be added to our internal list of most wanted individuals - wanted alive, for now. How convenient that we have her old records still within our databanks.
As for that artifact - I believe, that our scientists are still trying to understand it more closely, but there have been no breakthroughs so far. As much as I hate to admit it - we lack proficient and reliable xenoarchaeologists in our ranks thanks to Gallia's limited experience with alien technology.
I hope to have her caught in no time, but I understand it may be difficult, considering her benefactors.
As for the Artifact, I do have some connections with a group of Zoners called Phoenix, so if you will consider their help useful I may give their leader a message.

Seigneur de Lusignan,
I have little direct experience with this 'Phoenix' group, although I remember them from my time in Hebrides as they were one of the few organization which were welcomed there.
My biggest concern is, however, if they know how to keep secrets. Alien artifacts are serious matter and I would prefer if their secrets would not leak outside of selected few individuals.
One thing is to trust someone to deliver vital supplies to military installations, but can they be trusted with researching the artifact?
It is the question I cannot myself to answer: they are the Zoners and their kin is known to have a little allegiance, even to their friends, no to say about those who simply did not shot them in return for supplies. However, I will see if I can help the Bureau with this research without treating it to be disclosed.
both Macon and Evreux companies of cybernetically enhanced soldiers are ready for deployment. There have been some limited cases of conflicts among our soldiers, however, as it appears that they care less for themselves.
Our scientists named this state as cyberpsychosis and it is caused by the extensive cyberware enhancements. Our limited knowledge of this condition tells us, that despite being volunteers - not all of them coped with these irreversible changes well. The most common cause is, that men now have come to realization that they never will be loving fathers and even more severe psychological trauma with our female volunteers.
Scientific division assures me, that they can take care of those small number of patients at this moment and provide them with necessary psychological care and treatment, but it will hamper out attempts to extend these forces even further and they might not be suitable for long-term deployments.
There will be future study of those who cope with these enhancements without any issues and they will try to figure out if such suitability can be screened prior cybernetic enhancements. That should allow us to find the most suitable individuals for these programs in the future.
By the way, Order finally gave us intelligence on Jonathan Kalh or 'Asmodeus'. That will be all for now.
I have received an analysis of Liberty activities in Omicrons, Omicron Nu precisely, along with their operational supergate project. Should we find ourselves in open conflict with Liberty again, I believe that we should focus on strangling Liberty warmachine of resources before striking at their main force.
As I predict that Libertonian criminal elements will be also hampering our operations, be them Outcasts' thralls or Xeno terrorists, I have issued a contract to resourceful gallic freelancer to try mediate some cooperation terms with Liberty Insurgency so we can support them and allow them to fight against their government as long as possible.
Who knows - they might even win - and then Bretonian-Crayter-Liberty alliance will be no more. With our biggest rivals in disarray - Union will have an easier time to rearm and secure itself.
Their alliance is not as strong as we feared. At least one, albeit the tiniest of players, has been approached-it will be approached by others as well. Sooner or later they will submit, and our imperceptible influence on their culture will begin to ooze out from all the holes, but you are already familiar with the doctrine of the new order.
More importantly, it is the case of Madame de Lorraine, and the failure of my "friends" in the ranks of these paramilitary Zoners to carry out a mission as simple as the one I have assigned. Never mind, for I have you and the Bureau, and you will gladly perform what will bring our nation an unprecedented breakthrough: the wreckage of the Gammu AI ships must be delivered to Eureux, the sooner the better.
How is Madame Taylor's mission going? Is there any data on her mission? Ah, yes, prepare my "gift" for this nice lady, but do your best to keep the devices undetected. Still, not every Siriusian gets to know our equipment so intimately, so make sure she becomes a faithful servant of our state after this introduction.
