I am sorry that I had no time for you before but I was dealing with Some Friends of yours, Namely the Golden Crysantemums of the Gen'an Cell. I am Known to be a Buissy Woman but too Many Negotiations at once are too Chaotic and Bad for Business. As the Negotiation about the Maldives with the Gen'an is Finished now, I have the Time to start the Negotiations with the Rose Dragons.
To be honest I am quite curious about you as I haven't met many Dragons in my Life Before. I have also heard about your Dislike for Cardamine and its Related Products, and I can tell you that I see it the same. But as some of our Guests Need this Substance in its Various Forms we turn a blind eye to it as long as it's only for Personal Use.
Now then shall we talk about the Business and the Liner Maldives? We are quite interested in why our Liner sparked so much interest by you and the Gen'an, to be Honest. My apologies for the prior masking of my identity. I had to be sure you could be trusted. Now I know, especially since you had the idea of disclosing to me that you had a deal with the Gen'an as well, it seems you've made the smart choice of not tattling. Do not worry about being too busy for us before now. It shows your competence as a leader to take one step at a time. But I digress. The interest is not in the liner itself physically or its general purpose, it's what exactly you're going to be doing with it. Or more specifically, whether or not there will be a repeat situation on our hands. You know what I'm speaking of. I need to know whether or not there will be a disaster to prevent in the future. Either way, I'll likely end up having to make sure we have eyes and ears on your liner. Just in case.

I am pleased that I don't have to talk with a Faceless entity in this. But let's keep the Nice Words for the end and start with the Business. I know very well what you are want to say, and you don't have to Hide the Name Mackinac Here and you also don't have to hide the Subtitle Threat that comes with Mentioning her. I will tell you the same that I told the Gen'an as they asked me the same question. To Rent the Mackinac to the Hogosha for a Shady Business was the Biggest Mistake that Orbital Spa and Cruise made in the Recent Future. It was one of the Steps that Lead to the Downfall of the Old Company Structure before and During the Gallic War, I don't plan to Repeat these Mistakes. The Hogosha and everyone else is Welcome as Guests, but any Kind Of Business is Banned on the Maldives. Of Course, we can Negotiate about your "eyes and ears" on my Ship, as long as we can find a Suitable Arrangement and they can pay the Price for a Cabin on the ship. But I think we should Discuss something Important Like this Personally Normally I would Invite you to Curacao for a Free Holiday, but as I am the Guest in Kusari I would say you Chose the Place for the Meeting.

Ah, do not mistake my compliment for an act of romance. I simply have an eye for fashion. I've no interest in the former.
As for where we are to meet... I want to show you what a relatively unabused, stable planet looks like. I'd like to show you what a planet looks like without nonsensical "resorts" and mile high living, for the most part. I speak of Planet Tomioka. I would like to see you on the planet.
