I've played Final Fantasy VI, VII, and VIII and they are THE BEST!!!! I have VI on an emulator and VII and VIII on PC. I want to get Crisis Core and Dirge of Cerberus, but I don't have a PS2/PSP.

Carlos Rivera: Corsair Brotherhood Pirate - Retired, shifted to Tripoli Shipyard's Research and Development engineering teams
Anthony Cameron: Guild Core Bounty Hunter - Killed in Action, committed suicide after being trapped in Omicron Minor following its destruction
Juan Ruiz: Outcast Ghost of Razgriz Pirate - Killed in Action, killed by the Sirius Coalition Revolutionary Army during Bretonian piracy raid
Michael Winchester: Liberty Security Force Agent - Missing in Action, likely killed during Rheinland espionage mission or trapped in Rheinland Space
Eric McCormick: Order Pilot - Retired, shifted to planetside training of new recruits

Liberty and Nomad Backstory, Very interesting - read it!

FF VII is Godly, VIII is...ok, I didnt really like IX. X was neat due to it being the first FF on the PS2, but the stiryline blew. And X-2 dosent even diserve the title of Final Fantasy. VII and all its incarnations are the best IMHO. Dirge of Cerberus gave the game a new twist, plus it put all the VII characters into the game so they could be seen with modern rendering. And Crisis Core is an outstanding game. I am at the same point, stuck right outside the door of the final battle. And the cutscenes have left me drooling for a VII remake for the PS3. I dont want them to change anything but the graphics.

Ah I did it bought a PSP just for Crisis Core it's different than FF7 but it seems good so far picked up quite a few games with it and an 8gb card.

Games :

GTA Vice City Stories
GTA Liberty city stories
Wipeout Pulse
Ridge Racer
Test Drive Unlimited
Tom Clancys Rainbow six vegas
Medal of honour 2
Gods of war : Chains of Olympus
Football Manager 2008
Capcom Classics Reloaded (bought solely because I love sf2)

So thats enough to keep me busy for quite a while I think although I'll still be on Discovery of course.
Very impressed with the psp I don't know why I didn't pick one up before actually.

Neat little beasts aren't they? There is a lot of potential nestled into them, and to think I found mine on the ground:D

The cut-scenes in Crisis Core have blown my mind, they're some of the most artistic and brilliant renderings from any game series I've seen. Square really took advantage of the capabilities of the PSP, and well, it paid off.

FFXII is by far the best (in my opinion) of the series. i love the story, and especially.....the revamped battle system. ITS ACTUALLY POSSIBLE TO RUN AWAY FROM ENEMIES NOW!

although im still pissed they havent made armor change your characters look....

Im a big fan of the FF series as well!:) I have FFVIII on the pc ( which comes in 4 CDs btw ... >_< ) FFX on the ps2 which i think was wicked awsome and the best in the series. I also have FFX-2 but i didnt like it that much ... having only 3 characters blew and so did the dresssphere system ... I bought FFXII a while back , and i like as well ... just not as much as FFX... The elimination of random encounters is a huge thing in its favour but still ... The way of controlling the espers doesnt please me at all ... and vaan's story isnt as "powerfull" as the one of the main characters in previous FFs . but maybe thats just cause i didnt get ot the good bits yet :s
