Greetings to all citizens of Liberty,

My name is James Horatio Creed, and I am Fleet Admiral of the 46th Fleet, who are the newest addition to the Primary Fleet in Liberty.

My transmission to you today, is a reminder to you all of how the stability of Liberty is handled by all the Primary Fleets including ourselves, the 5th Navy Fleet and the Liberty Navy, and also not to forget the ever present Liberty Police Incorporated.

Over recent weeks and months, it has been our pledge to drive out all of the individuals who plague our Libertonian lifestyles and cause so much disruption to your everyday lives, and the lives of our operatives who continually patrol to keep you safe.

Since the 46th Fleet was formed we have proved time and time again that these individuals who cause so much trouble, can be dealt with, but also we cannot be succesful every single time and we have suffered damage to our Fleet aswell as damaging the enemies we encounter.

Today I talk to you as a citizen, not a Fleet Admiral, and I ask you to be vigilant and to be informative in regards to encountering any enemies that are not welcome in Liberty.

Also I am informing all citizens, that the 46th Fleet would love to welcome, any and all new Recruits to our organisation.
We have a very strict training program for all recruits, and make sure that your best interests are taken into consideration.
Various roles are available and we have an Intelligence seeking section and also our Armour Transport Fleet, who work tirelessly to keep Salt Lake supplied, and also do their job collecting any Human cargo that needs transporting after our operatives have done their job regarding Passenger Accomodations aboard certain vessels.

We also have a main Strike Force, who work tirelessly from Salt Lake, to keep all of Liberty safe. We have a moto at the 46th which is --

"PATROL" - - - - "PROTECT" - - - - "PREVAIL"

This moto is dedicated to, our impressive officers who endeavour to keep you safe.

And now I am reaching out to all citizens of Liberty, who wish to help our cause, and make Liberty safer every single day.
Patrolling the region, can be stressful and also very rewarding, specially when an operative of the 46th Fleet excels at their job.
All Recruits are made welcome and are treated as a Family, when they are with us on duty. This Family has a very special bond and work together with impressive style, always trying to do the best they possibly can.

Take a few seconds to think to yourself.

Would I be a person who would do well at protecting the citizens of Liberty.

Would I make a good pilot or Commander of a vessel in the Navy.

Would I go through all the training required to be the best of the best.

Every day we welcome more and more Recruits, and we hope to welcome many more in the coming weeks and months.

Citizens of Liberty and any, Pilots of good stature, who wish to join the ranks of the 46th Fleet.

Make the plunge, give your all, excel at being a Navy pilot, and make an impession by protecting Liberty to the best of your ability.

But I can't resist pointing out sheer hypocrisy, especially when people line up the jabs for me. And while it may be easy for the pampered doll sitting on some make believe throne in Vespucci to list grievances, you're both the same.

I seem to recall the Insurgency being more than a little intimate with the same corporations responsible for the deplorable management of Huntsville.

Slavery? Your color's orange, you've sided with people who deal in Cardamine, you bought into slavery before you even started virtue signaling.

Expansion? One of you is a bought and paid for military, and the other is a military dictatorship. You could argue both have been bought in some capacity, but I don't think there's any weight or pertinence in trying to read broken moral compasses.

Don't make me laugh, I've seen through the system. I've stood with the Harmony, I've seen the disgusting truth hiding below the surface. Neither side is innocent, neither side is right, neither side is even truly human anymore. Both Harmony - by extension the Insurgency - and the Navy got infiltrated, warmongering to keep the general population live in fear.
Don't trust them, folks. Don't trust the Navy's hail for glory, don't trust the Insurgency's talk about a revolution in the name of true freedom. It pains me to say this as former Lieutenant Commander but that Xenos bunch isn't all wrong either.

Don't get me wrong, all of the house navies are a little grey in face, some moreso than others, but the 46th almost achieves full cabbagedom compared to most. Admittedly it is a very low bar to clear, but there are plenty of fleets that still somehow manage to limbo under it. Many an anerisian officer out there with delusions of grandeur make deserts of worlds and call it peace. At least the 46th does so with style, and (most importantly) a shockingly high tolerance for rampant nonsense in Manhattan orbit.

Y'know, I tried this myself back when I answered to a sub-fence post; tried appealing to the better nature of my fellow countrymen, even the shitty mouthbreathers that claim they know better when they really don't.
It worked out about as well as I expected, but overall it earned us a few new faces at the time. Even got me a call from some random I haven't heard from in a while.

To be honest, I hope you get the recruits you're looking for, if only so it introduces them to the level of sheer incompetence you kids call a 'military'. When they've had their fill, they'll know where to go, and I'll make sure they get a proper sign-on bonus in addition to a real warbird. And even if they don't wanna bleed blue for a living, we've got plenty of jobs over here that don't involve a pseudo-slave collar.

Greetings to all who have replied to my last transmission,

It appears that some of you may want to defect to the 46th Fleet, this would mean that we would need to organise a meeting to discuss this, also we appear to have some of you who think you are going to some how deter us from continuing our successful Fleet operations, to which I say ---

"Bring it on"

Also, as for trusting the Navy, well it seems some people are determined to slur our name as a Naval force, who currently are capable of launching operations that will make you lot think again ??

Increasing our operative population is a very good way also, of making sure that some of you will think twice about coming to Liberty, and I can also assure you that my operatives are here to stay and take on all enemies that they encounter.

As for being payed, well Naval operatives who are with the 46th Fleet have the opportunity to earn decent salaries as they move up ranks, and I will not divulge the salaries, thats classified buddy.

All in all, I can say that your comments and concerns have been duly noted and will ensure that the 46th Fleet will work harder and more efficiently against all enemies in Liberty.

To be perfectly honest, your opinions have been noted, but really will be ignored as far as we are concerned and all these comments and criticisms will be an encouraging dialogue for our operatives to increase their morale, and also I do hope we meet some of you very soon so that we will drive you from Liberty one way or another.

Oh and while I'm here, feel free to reply or maybe more people will can add to this transmission and encourage us to work harder.
