Video-feed opens up with Miroslav de Gobineau in all his splendor comparable to a very humble and gentle bear is seen sitting in a tidy and small office, with a big panoramic window behind him, what a great view on a snowy Metz city. Miroslav looks calm, yet, somewhat surprised and even a little bit humbled.

I'll try not to take much of your time. Oui, I do agree, that would be a honour, for such a humble man like me. Only thing - some bureacratic procedures are still needed, and some time for myself to prepare. Last half an year I was on an official leave and I was helping people of Metz planetside with relief efforts, and after the Maquisard madmen affair - I have some work to do here.

More importantly, if I remember correctly, majority of Division du Train assets are currently requisited by Marine Nationale, most importantly: Logistics Center on Avallon, Burgundy, office facilities on Nevers, and hangars on Haute-Seine in Picardy. Requisiting those to Defense Authority from Marine would be much more cost-efficient and faster, than building up a new structure from ground up. Anyway, logistics aside - those can be dealt with as soon as I am done here. I'll be ready in a month, where should I report to?
