Hello Harus,

I hope this message finds you well. It's been a while since we last spoke and I can only assume that you are as busy as I am.

The reason I am contacting you is that we are merging our General-B hospital in Omicron Theta with the Academy station. The past year we have seen a decrease in both patients as well as students and merging out two assets can benefit both patients and students. Apart from that it is an economically sound decision as it cuts down maintenance costs. Our intended main base of operations will become the station currently known as the Med Force Academy and we want to move her 10kms from her current position in the Orinocco cloud to the orbit of Planet Pygar, where it once begun with the General-B station.

That's where we hope you can help us out. While we do have ships to 'tow' a station I am very much aware that a station already in operation needs some precision handling when it is moved. As the Academy is already handling patients we cannot shut down operations.

Let me know if DSE is up for the job and if you have the time for me to drop by so we can go over the details. Apart from that, it would be nice to catch up again.

Sincerely,

Dearest Jill,

It's good to hear from you again. I have not been as busy as before, I stepped down from being the Director of Deep Space Engineering as our very own Jess Doe returned to us, and during that time I've taken a lot of time to myself to, let's put it this way, make some decisions and ease the stress. But I digress.

On to the bread and butter. Moving General-B Hospital. We've moved this station before, but I assume since it's last been moved, more facilities have been added, and more personnel. and cargo has been put on board.

We can go back to the original move, and just tweak what we used at that time. Of course, taking into consideration that procedures and activities continue to be done during the move and not delay anything. We've since your last move, designed new thrusters that are able to more finely tune precise moves, without causing any known motion or jolts of anyone on the station, essentially no one would feel a thing.

Now these new thrusters are a prototype of mine, and I haven't used them on a customer's facility as of yet, but I would very much like to try them for this move.

That being said, normally these moves have cost you prior about 250,000,000sc, but if you allow us to try these thrusters on your facility, I will lower the cost to 100,000,000sc and a review of the systems from yourself, and personnel on board so we can get opinions of the move.

Let me know your thoughts! Speak to you soon!

Sincerely,

Hi Harus,

Thank you for your swift reply. I was unaware that you stepped down as director although I did see some messages pass my desk which named Jess Doe as CEO. I always thought these were minor mistakes or even replies to older messages.

Anyhoo, great you can do the job and the price is satisfactory as well. One thing though, we'll not be moving the General-B station but the Med Force Academy. The General-B station will remain in it's current position and shall either be sold or dismantled. We're still looking for a buyer yet haven't officially announced this yet. Regarding the review of the move, I will ask some staff onboard the Academy what their opinions are and if at all, what they noticed.

I'll be passing through Liberty tomorrow and Monday so should you have some time we can have an informal meeting in real life. Just let me know where and when.

Sincerely,

Dearest Jill,

My apologies for listing the wrong station, I've moved both of the Med Force Enterprise facilities, so I got the names mixed up. I was indeed talking about Med Force Academy, just listed the wrong one! I should also make you aware, that I will be retiring from Deep Space Engineering, and I am honored to have this job for Med Force Enterprises as my last project with DSE.

If you agree to the terms I listed in my last mail to you, you can send the payment of 100,000,000sc to "DSE)Constitution". I will start dispatching the techs, and construction crew out to Omicron-Theta. Expect to have my crew to arrive within the next 24 hours at Med Force Academy.

I will reach out to you on a personal channel for when we can meet up in person. We have a lot of catching up to do!

Sincerely,

Hello Harus,

As business is business the payment for the base movement has been sent to your account. Don't dispatch the crew just yet, I have to make some arrangements here prior to the move. You can expect a definite timeframe beginning next week.

I'l await your personal channel message and we'll talk over your retirement and other things in private.

Sincerely,

Hi Harus,

It was great to talk to you in person again. When I came back to Theta today I noticed some of your crew already working on the outside of the station. Fun to see the orange strobes through the nebula when one arrives.

Anyhoo, regarding the move. It's a go at any time convenient.

Sincerely,

Dearest Jill,

We did indeed still send our Engineers out to Omicron-Theta, we wanted to get an early start on fitting the new thruster technology to the station and verifying that everything will go as planned.

I am sure by now you and other Medical personnel should be seeing a lot more equipment and ships flying around the station. The sight of hard work being done never gets old, especially something as complex as a station relocation. My engineers have stated that the move should be ready to begin in the next 32 hours. This should give your staff enough time to prepare, and if they feel that anything needs rescheduling within the Medical facility, this should hopefully give them enough time.

Note, however, 2 hours before the actual move, all personnel, and ships are to remain on station, as we cannot have ships docking/undocking/mooring and have our precision calculations thrown off. So if anyone needs to land, or leave, this needs to be done before the 30-hour deadline.

Sincerely,

Dearest Jill,

As you can most likely tell, the station has been successfully moved, and as far as we're concerned everything went off without a hitch. At this time our Engineers are just going over the final testing of the facility to make sure nothing was damaged in the process.

We will also be sending in some office personnel to gather information on the "live" move. Please let me know if you have any more questions for me. If nothing, then I will be off to start to clear out my office.

Sincerely,
