Critical meeting
Konnichiwa, esteemed Shimamori Masahito.
We have met once in Tohoku a few months ago, on the edge of Kurosawa Cloud. Battleship Nekhbet, do you remember this vessel? Yes, The Order. My name is William Storgen.
Black clouds loom menacingly over Kusarians and I need exactly your help because you are the only famous person who could listen. Can we meet in any comfortable place for you? I am in the Honshu system right now and can arrive as soon as possible - alone and weaponless. Verification password - Silver Cat.
With regards,
Agent Starfire

I do recall seeing an Order battleship in Tohoku quite a while ago. It is good that we were civilised enough to part our ways peacefully. Needless to say, I am grateful to the captain for such courtesy as well.
Your presence within Kusari will technically be in violation of our laws but given the shown civility in the past, I see no reasons to refuse your invitation. I suggest the orbit of planet Hikari in G7 quadrant: it is a place remote and yet not too far from the nearest station. Obviously, I expect you not to knock on the imperial doors with a warship akin to the mentioned "Nekhbet". I will arrive on "Zuiryu" but I swear on the honour of my ancestors not to use any of our defence systems unless attacked. If you come in peace, you leave in peace.

Konnichiwa, Shimamori-san,
I hope you are doing well since our last meeting and Kusari law enforcers haven't caused trouble. Have they listened to you?
It seems, our plan worked as I presumed. Our lines have been assaulted once I back to Omicrons, but the first attack was repelled and now we are in anticipation of Nomads next step. You may see attached footage made by one of our agents to clearly understand how the deal is huge, and why The Order is very concerned about this.
However, I have opened a secure channel not only for that but also to offer you our support if you need something. Count it as my gratitude for your cooperation, understanding, and taking all risks.
With regards,
William Storgen

Looking at the footage attached, it seems that the situation in the Omicrons is far from stable indeed. I have not seen nomad lifeforms so close so far. It is deeply concerning to even think that these hostile to humanity aliens are returning and not going to relent after all the chaos they already caused in 800-801. At least it is reassuring that organisations like yours are still vigilant to keep them at bay. I do hope, that the appropriate Kusari authorities are taking measures to prevent the spread of the aliens into Imperial space.
I did contact the KNF HQ and, let us say, they were not thrilled at me, a civilian, suggesting them to keep their guards up. This is said not in disrespect to the KNF - they appear to know what they are doing and the imperial borders are safe. I was privileged with a peek into one of their classified report indicating that Kusari authorities actively work to prevent any threat of alien invasion or infestation. I am not certain whether my suggestions to raise their alert in Shikoku will work, but I am confident that they are prepared enough to any hostile entity breaching the borders. Thus said, I suppose you can count on Kusari for your plan and your flank here is covered.
Your offer of assistance is welcomed. For now, however, I will prefer to lay low and reduce the possible contacts with your organisation to the bare minimum. The KNF representative implicitly told that acquisition of intelligence the like of which you had shared with me would draw unnecessary attention to my persona and the Clan which was already in the spotlight of the KOI during the war with Gallia because of my open opposition to the war. I hope, you understand my position. Nevertheless, I will keep your offer in mind in case anything related to your speciality happens.
