A voice begins to read:

To: All miners and mining companies, Liberty Space
Subject: Loss prevention - Skimmers
It has come to our attention that there are certain indiviuals who are "Skimming" some of the hard earned product from miners. They fly by and tractor in some of the product that the mining ship hasn't tractored in yet. Please be aware of your surroundings and who is near by."
The announcer comes back on "Wow, that's pretty low to streak by and steal the hard work of our hard working mining brothers..."
