I used to play on Discovery PTC, and that server is dead.Anyone know if there are any relaxed rp servers like PTC that are still running?(English please)

I used to play PTC. Sadly, it went BOOM! some years ago. Swiftwing used to play PTC as well.

DiscoveryGC is pretty much the only game in town now.
