In the lights of the recent construction of the Exotic Materials Laboratory on Ravenna Invicta, I went looking for something... anything tht can justify our investment in that facility.To my surprise, I did not have to look to far. Commander Hierra requested our Logistics support recently. And while I was browsing Sanctum's storage facilities for Xeno Relics and Artifacts, I noticed some strange materials. I could not investigate further as Commander Hierra's message was quite urgent. Therefore, I remembered seeing them but I could not find anything related to them on our communication channels. Luckly, the transport manifests were still there, neatly dated. I have attached them here.

I wonder how did these materials get on Sanctum? Is there a way to get more? I did heard some rumors from my contacts in the Omicrons, but do we know anything for certain? Was the delivery of these materials a late answer to senor Garcia call for expanding Sanctum?

As the new Chief Logistics Officer of DTR, I would like to continue the project of my predecessor, Mr. Tito Garcia, and further expand Sanctum.
We are currently busy building the foundry for exotic weapons.
The construction plans have been approved and Sanctum is ready to receive the required goods.
The foundry will help us make our fleet even more efficient and instill fear in our enemies even more.
This applies to almost all ship classes.
For this purpose, I have opened an external communication channel that is intended for deliveries to Sanctum and will also be confirmed.
Furthermore, our engineers are in the process of preparing the blueprints for the station expansion, which will allow us to store and process even more goods.
We could accept goods, but this would affect the construction work on the foundry.
We will inform you as soon as we have completed the work on the foundry.
The Smelter is the heart of Sanctum, as the Smelter supplies the base with materials needed to maintain the station.

The Exotic Materials Laboratory on Ravenna Invicta is an important component of the foundry on Sanctum.
Unfortunately, I cannot answer how these materials ended up on Sanctum, as I was not in Gamma myself and only recently returned from my trip.
I have ordered Senor Garcia to deliver these materials to Invicta so that we can research them further and get more information about where we can get more.
I will pin the list of supplies needed below for the Foundry.

The origin of these materials was only a fleeing curiosity of mine. I am happy that we have them, that we can exploit their potential for the benefit of the Imperio. Our Scientists on Ravenna Invicta have further studied these materials and have found a way to process them further.
Processing these materials helps our Emperio produce powerful weapons and equipment.
We now also know where we can obtain these materials.
However, obtaining or accessing the systems is not very easy.
Either we have to travel through Alaska in small ships (scouts have discovered a supergate to Earhardt), or we use our jump drives, which will increase the costs.
But we are able to bring our battleships and transporters safely to Earhardt. But I have to discuss this with the high command first.
I'm also happy to hear that they're doing their best to help us build the smelter.
Your supplied materials are all of excellent quality and are ideal for building the smelter.
I would also like to thank them directly for the other deliveries they made for Sanctum.
The same applies to these materials as to the first ones, all of first quality.
I particularly appreciate the Scrap Metal delivery because, the further processing helps us maintain the Station and bring in a small profit for the Emperio.
We all look forward to expanding Deterrence Sanctum to its full potential.

Sadly our engineers needs more time to finish the work for our bluprints for the Station.
We also need more Materials to start the production of the Mox Plant.
