Pilots and esteemed delegates,

Due to the signing of a new agreement between the House of Bretonia and the House of Rheinland, the following changes are in effect from 15th of November, 829 AS:

• Omega-7 is hereby recognized as Rheinland territory; No more than 1 (one) Crecy and its escorts must be stationed in the system without prior approval;
  
• Omega-3 is hereby recognized as Bretonian territory; No more than 1 (one) Donau and its escorts must be stationed in the system without prior approval;
  
• Omega-48 is recognized as neutral territory;
  
• The Rheinland Military Handelsmarine receives entry and docking permission in the Kingdom of Bretonia for purposes of cargo transporation and delivery from and to House Rheinland.
  

The above-mentioned points are valid from 00:00 SMT. We wish all pilots and officers safe flights.
