Alright at the moment my freelancer can't seem to connect to the server whatever I do. Now im gonna try reinstall windows. I just wanted to know. How do I keep my account? Is it enough to keep the code or do I have to keep some sort of file too? And if yes where can I find it?
You only need to keep the code. You can view it by going to Program files - microsoft games - freelancer - examine my account id. Write it down on paper somewhere... that way it's much better than keeping it on your computer.
Yes,wrote the code somewhere on paper and triple check that you write it down correct.
When I was reistalling windows I also made a screenshot of code and save it on particion which was not formated.
Ive got like 50 copies of my code. Probably because ive reinstalled freelancer about 100 times :mellow:
Id keep a written and electronic copie of it and print it out using the examine account ID program.
