Civilians,

As follow-up to the previous transmission, I will inform you of the conclusions of the meeting. We have put great emphasis on the need for security, and therefore we are taking steps to increase the level of security that Technocracy personnel presently in Kusari space are enjoying, but we have also decided based off of the presently-available information regarding your organization.

As of the present, and until at a further date, Technocracy ships will only receive entry permissions into Kusari space, with the exception of New Tokyo and Kyushu for transit, under escort of a member of the main Naval Forces units within the Empire to ensure the utmost of safety of your members. Furthermore, I state that the Technocracy will greatly benefit from the frequent patrols operated in the aforementioned systems. In addition to this, should the situation deteriorate further, we can assign special patrols to protect Technocrat members within Kusari. We look forward to continuing close cooperation with your organization and we will ensure that foreign ships will not endanger your people.

I also inform you that the Bounty Hunters affiliate with the Aegis subdivision have been removed from the main bounty office of the Empire and we are currently in talks with their representatives to best continue avoiding such unwanted incidents from occurring.
