Esteemed representatives,
With due respect to the recent press release by the Gallic Government, the Foreign Office wishes to be made aware of any discussions by the respectable Liberty Government with the representatives of the Gallic Union concerning the remaining war debt and reparations owed to the Kingdom of Bretonia and the Republic of Liberty following the end of the Gallic War in Sirius.
We also transmit our congratulations on this new foreign policy amendment, as we strongly emphasize the use of diplomacy to resolve past disputes contrary to the use of force to subjugate foreign nations. We hope that many works may bear fruit from this peace, and we hope that Liberty may be able to play a role alongside the signatories to the Harris Treaty despite past setbacks in diplomacy in dealing with the Gallic Union.
