After the First Armada's recent victory against a mix of the Omicron's locals the Secretary of the Interior has gained the confidence to open this tremendous economic and scientific opportunity to Liberty's civilian corporations and researchers. A massive economic boom is expected as Liberty's civilians begin trading with our Omicron partners like the Core and even the Outworlders. This will be a new gold rush, bringing a new flurry of economic activity and new resources, scientific breakthroughs are expected to occur shortly.

Security Recommendations
Although the Virginia Super gate and Omicron Nu are now officially open to all civilian traffic, there are cautionary instructions that we recommend visitors follow. First off, we recommend the region between the inert Alien Artifact and Planet Marshall is to be avoided before the joint large task force of the Liberty Navy and the Liberty Security Force secure and tame it next Saturday, quarantine of Marshall itself remains its place.

We are also imposing a ban on approaching and boarding the inert ancient Liberty Vessels - the extensive survey will be done prior to our overwhelming task force securing the region. These vessels bear signs of dark matter and could induce unknown potentially lethal diseases if boarded.
