Good Evening and well-met Lieutenant,

Thank you for reaching out, as a matter of fact I would greatly appreciate some assistance. Renovations are already underway however I am in need of some aid. I am not unfamiliar with the Merchant Navy's hauling capabilities and would deeply appreciate any assistance they can provide. Highest priority is basic supplies for the crew: Food, Water and Oxygen. The previous owner abandoned the place in a hurry it seems and some of the crew left their posts and I had to bring in a fresh group of workers, at the moment I am taking inventory of what's on hand in the station and don't have time to go and pick up supplies myself. Here is what we need:

15,000 Food Rations
15,000 Water
15,000 Oxygen

There seems to be plenty of other supplies on the base for repairs only problem is the workers are on strike over lack of supplies once I get these workers satisfied they should be willing to get back to work. I have informed the quartermaster to ensure that your captains are justly compensated.
