And I only encountered the FLASH in 1st person mode. But after following your instructions, the problem was completely solved. But, unfortunately, that means the cool effect was also killed, which was not my intention.

If you just want it to be more transparent, goto the .apps and change the Alpha down to a number near 0 - ... 0 means completely invisible, but 0.1 or 0.2 might be better for you.

Also disable bloom pls for the love of god. Or toggle with shift+f12 - Bloom is a recipe for flashbangs and lowkey seizures.

Is it possible to disable, edit or replace the BLINDING WHITE WHOOSH TUNNEL that happens when we travel through jump gates/holes?
Ideally, I would like that tunnel dimmed, transparent, and blue-shifted. If that is too much trouble, I would settle for a black screen. Or, if it could be replaced with the Galic trade lane effect, that would be awesome. What I want is to eradicate that wall of blinding white light that happens in the middle of the tunnel. I always close my eyes to avoid that one.

.. or you can just close your eyes for a moment.. You goin to jumpgate or JH and already know what will happen, right? Maybe its even possible implent display warning message about system jumps and recomendations keep eyes closed till its done.

I'll have to look into it. But I think it might be hardcoded if I were to guess.

The white flash is pretty much a cover for loading screen as you pass from one system to another. In the past the text "Loading" used to appear on some hardware but nowadays most hardware has at least a SSD instead of HDD which makes load almost instant but flash would still appear as legacy component. It is most likely hardcoded but if not - @Kauket will be able to fix it
