[Model] dsy_dyson_tower1.3db hitbox issue

Bug: dsy_dyson_tower1.3db - model disappears when lookint at the lower half

Reproduction Steps:

• Go to Knossos mining site
  
• look at the bottom half of any dyson_tower1 object
  
• it disappears like my father and you can fly inside it
  

Treewyrm said it looks like a hitbox issue, so loading it into max and recalculating the hitbox might solve it.
