I trust you haven't, though. You may be a little forgetful at times, but you're a fine pilot, loyal to the Company for several years. A few too many years, in fact, to still be flying under a rookie name. I would like you to pick a Color as your new name and callsign.

Likewise. I would also like to let you know that for the last few trips I have not forgotten the importance of ammunition. Good to see you have some faith in me though and I appreciate the kind words. I did not mind flying under the rookie name, "Fifty" has become a pretty good nickname, but, I digress. I have chosen the colour "Wisteria" as my new callsign.

Regarding rookies though, I have a possible prospect lined up if you don't mind me handling it? Remember that 'Valkyrie' person? Got a meeting of sorts this Friday in Coronado, Barrier Gate. I'll see what's what.

I must admit that I, too, grew quite fond of Fifty. Perhaps it's why neither of us felt an urgent need to formally elevate you to the rank of Color. I'm sure we'll get used to Wisteria before long, however.

All Colors are trusted to scout for new talent for the Company. I do believe 'Valkyrie' might just fit in with the rest of us. I trust you'll keep me updated on further developments.

Here's the update. I think Valerie is a good prospect and I will be taking her under my wing. I believe she will be a capable addition to the company. I gave her the general gist of it. She catches on fairly quick.

I think we should give her the chance to fly under a rookie callsign to see how she performs in a group like ours. I will be taking her hunting with me. I did allow her to also hunt solo, though it is more likely she will be tagging along with me or you or the other colours. She is also aware what will happen if she fucks up and betrays the given trust.
