This is not a license request as neither Bustard or Jump Drive is restricted by the laws of Republic of Liberty, however, due to the nature of said ship and device, we believe it's the polite think to do to inform the Liberty authorities about them and the possibility of the ships's transfer through Liberty space. The ship's area of operations will mainly be in border words, so we don't expect it to appear in Liberty space too often, but we might be forced to route through it on some occasions.
