more distraction isn't really what we need in the moment. Our tests to cut through the hull of the Heilbronn and Karlsruhe are not fruitful enough to remove the reactor. However, the scrap of the Olpe station will come handy, as it reduces the logistic burden of moving the scrap from the Schmelzanlagen near the Tholey wreck. We already begun to work on the deconstruction of the station and moved 10.000 scrap metal to the smelter at the Koepchen Depot.

If things stay that way, we might only need to slightly increase the MOX supply price.

By imperial edict of ze Rheinland Ministry of Economic Development, all modular installation owners have to submit zeir quarterly license renewal to ze Rheinland.Treasury.2 since ze 1st july 828 A.S. and until today, I'm failing to locate ze payment for ze above mentioned entries for ze actual quarter. Direktorin Wolf is very disappointed by ze lack of discipline shown by our allies regarding zis matter.

As result of ze missed fee, ze Rheinland Polizei hereby impose an additional fine of 445.000 sc according to §7.10..

Please provide ze proof of transfer of:

500.000 sc as quarterly fee to Rheinland.Treasury.2
445.000 sc as fine for violating §7.1. to KPR|Bank

for ze first quarter of zis year wizin ze next 14 days via zis channel.
If you already transferred ze fees, ze fine will be, of course, reduced.

I'm really sorry for the late response. We are currently renovating the Koepchen Depot and forgot to transfer the necessary payments to you.
As all people are busy with the renovation, our Vorarbeiter and our calculation payment provider were working to capacity and were not able to process your requests in time. I have included the payment for the next quarter as well.

Regarding the Olpe contract, I believe I still have a month until the deadline runs out. We are working as fast as we can, but we also have to clear the field around the Tholey wreck.
I hope you have understanding, that this is prioritised for efficiency reasons.

However, ze supply of Mox is probably not possible. I already asked Kruger Mineralien and zey are willing to provide zeir H-fuel as an energy source. Zis is more cost efficient for our purposes.

please excuse my scheduling sloppiness in this matter. After months of containing the toxic waste, my staff and I have finally reached our goal and can now begin dismantling the Karlsruhe's reactor. We are currently constructing a reprocessing plant at our small station, so that we can immediately process the military salvage material generated when drilling into the ship's hull. To my knowledge, ALG Waste Disposal is still run as a domestic company, so there shouldn't be any problems. I have already transferred the fee you requested.

Regarding the MOX supply, I have certainly not forgotten the damage you caused at our small Schmelzanlage in the Cologne system. The damage was so severe that the station was no longer economically viable or repairable. Since the aforementioned reprocessing plant is a costly acquisition, I am unfortunately forced to pass on the financial damage you caused to our customers in the form of a price increase.

First of all: my government contact confirmed zat your fee was received on time following my request.

Ze supply of MOX has become essential and necessary; I consider ze price of 35 credits per unit as appropriate as long as toxic waste disposal continues to take place wizout additional costs. As far as your request regarding ze changed compensation for basic alloy is concerned, I would like to point out, zat renegotiation is no standard procedure in ze Rheinland. We agreed on a price of 20 credits per unit! I expect ze same service for ze same compensation. Ze prices of consumer goods must be reduced for ze citizien of Rheinland. If I follow your suggestion, ze costs of production would jeopardize ze prison's balance sheet. Zis means zat we would have to increase ze loading fee, which ultimately disadvantages Rheinland shipping companies, including your own.

I would zerefore like to propose ze following counteroffer to you:
Our officers complain about ze supply of synzetic food. It has been noted over ze past few monzs while I have been stationed in ze Cologne system zat morale is increasingly suffering due to ze supply of synz paste. Alzough it is a versatile product, not all Rheinlanders are pleased wiz its supply. Since you have repeatedly highlighted your own food production during our encounters, I would also be willing to approve traditionally prepared food for our security forces. Depending on capacity, ze inmates could also be supplied wiz zis, which could ultimately eizer lead to increased productivity or at least reduce ze chances of riots. Of course I know ze sales value of rations on New Berlin and would be willing to offer you a higher payment of around 40 credits per ration. In return, you agree to continue supplying base alloys for a price of 21 credits, MOX will be compensated at 32 credits per unit.

If you accept zis offer, I could overlook your late payment of ze base fee. Of course, you are also free to refuse, in which case a late fee of at least 50.000 credits will be levied in accordance wiz §2.5, §7.1 and §7.10.; I then will also personally leave a corresponding note in ze Rheinland modular base registry.
You should choose wisely.

I have also noted your plans in Stuttgart and would like to point out zat ALG Waste Disposal is indeed still authorized as a Rheinland corporation according to §3.1.1., in conjunction wiz §3.1.1.1, to transport military salvage wizing ze empire. However, zis cargo is still classified as restricted according to §3.1. According to §7.7. you need a permit from ze Rheinland Ministry of Economic Development to trade ze cargo on your base and I cannot find such a permit in any official document, so any attempt to bring military salvage to your installation will now be treated as a violation of §3.1.3. - since you do not have an official authorization, cargo will zerefore be considered contraband.
