ADMIN NOTICE: Player Sanctioned and Warned

wolfrages and Peronec is being sanctioned due to a report posted for:

1.2 Server administrators will impose sanctions on players for violating server rules and for any actions that harm server gameplay.
3.4 Out-of-character (OOC) chat should not be used for system chat, except in emergencies
3.5 Attempts to pose as admins, threatening players with sanctions, attempts to interpret rules are not allowed. Applying to admin's name without prior consent of the admin is not allowed.
6.21 Attacking without an engagement notice is not allowed. All attacks must be preceded with some form of RP, regardless of NPC faction diplomacy.

So, flying two ships at once on our server with our limited available slots? That's a big problem. Just a warning for that, though.

Engaging without warning, and trying to convince someone that there's a rule saying you don't have to give an engagement notice has earned you a loss of guns and credits on the fighter. Your gunboat has only lost its guns.
