The Revolution Marches On

PLANET VOLGOGRAD - Coalition forces delivered several large blows to Rheinland's operations in Omega-7 over the course of this morning, the Revolutionary Army reported. This follows closely in the footsteps of a rumoured 'economic crash' with regards to readily-available supplies of silver ore from the fringes of Rheinland space. As a result of these highly surgical strikes, the Rheinwehr's military operations were severely hampered and casualties have started to mount. Before they could retaliate, the units of the Revolutionary Army returned to the safety of Omega-5, with only minimal damage sustained during the initial engagement. IMG Under Attack? - The less fortunate souls aboard the frequent IMG transport convoys heading in -- and out -- of Omega-7 have, however, not lived through to see a similar fate. Only hours after the Coalition forces returned to Ronneburg, the Rheinland Military, working hand-in-hand with the Daumann and Kruger corporations, aimed their guns at one such IMG convoy heading into Bretonian space, not far from the Omega-3 Jump Gate. The brutal attack ended with the destruction of 4 transport ships and 1 auxiliary vessel, leaving only a badly damaged mining ship to limp away to Freeport 1 for emergency repairs. The Premier's Office has issued a strong condemnation of the act and urged the Revolutionary Army to do 'all that can be done' to assist in maintaining the near Omegas well clear of House incursions. The Colonel of the Revolutionary Army has also followed suit, promising swift action against Daumann and Kruger alike over the course of the coming days. Bretonia Silent - Despite the brutality of the attacks, and, more importantly, their immediate proximity to the Bretonian colony of Sprague, New London has refused to provide any comment about the actions of the Rheinland Military at their border. With no condemnation of the blatant plundering of IMG convoys by Rheinland and as evidence mounts of BMM participation alongside Kruger, it remains to be seen whether the two Great Houses truly remain interested in maintaining peace across the Omegas. Lending A Hand To The Mollys - Heroic blockade runners have 'struck gold' yet again as Arranmore receives new batches of supplies -- from foodstuffs to robotics and machinery for the Molly Revolution -- 'Cyclone'-class transports prove more reliable than ever at forming the new backbone of the Coalition's logistics. Even as Corsairs and the Armed Forces continue to put significant pressure on the workers of Arranmore, hopes remain high that soon a breakthrough may be achieved that will overpower Crete's raiders and lead the Dublin Revolution onwards into New London. United, for a better and greater future, the Coalition remains close to the Mollys of Dublin in their struggle for freedom.
