Hey, Revenant. First of all, I wanted to apologize for yesterday. I know you meant well when you sent me these messages. I am sorry that I ignored some and responded a bit annoyed. A lot was going through my head and I appreciate you looking out for me, considering there is not anyone else doing such. Except for Camille and a mutual friend, when they are here.

I wanted to inform you though. You were right, Cardamine is a bad idea and I didn't know what I was thinking even considering it. Nonetheless, I will be working for them as an independent contractor. A friend, even. Apparently, they are about to have some rather large gigs they want me onboard with. I will keep you up-to-date on things. Maybe something is interesting for the Technocracy there too. You never know!

P.S. Elaine is worried that one day you would care so much, you will try to adopt me. She said if you do that, she will shoot you in the kneecaps. I was scared when she said that. And I would assume it might hurt. She is weird, don't ask!

But, yes, I was severely concerned regarding you hooking yourself to Cardamine when my friend made mention of it. I can't imagine how you were going to be able to endure by being chained to Malta. Imagine that, if Malta was destroyed, you'd be in trouble.

I do not need more good people dying out there. And I'm really happy you didn't do it. It isn't worth the long term consequence of more misery of handling more monetary costs and logistics. You can't travel far without it.
