Dear Station Owner,

This communication serves as a formal notice regarding the current status of the Arnsberg Research Institute and the immediate actions required on your part.

Status Check: The crew at Arnsberg Research Institute is currently on strike due to a critical shortage of basic life support supplies. This situation is unacceptable and requires prompt resolution.

Actions Taken:
  • A fine of 100,000 SC has been recommended for the station owner due to the abandonment of basic duties.
  • KPR|Katenbrot has been dispatched to deliver humanitarian supplies to address the immediate needs of the crew.

  • A daily fine increase of 25,000 Credits has been initiated for continued neglect of responsibilities.
  • A 15-day deadline has been set for your response to this notice, after which we will escalate the matter to judicial proceedings in accordance with Rheinland Laws.

Please understand the gravity of this situation and act accordingly to ensure the well-being of your crew and the compliance with Rheinland House Law of Safety and Health

We expect a prompt resolution to this matter and a confirmation of the fine transfer within the specified timeframe.

ESTABLISHING VIDEO FEED

Sehr Direktorin Freiya Wolf,

The Arnsberg Research Institute, as you may or may not know, is under the patronage of Daumann Heavy Construction.

Arnsberg Research Station answers to the regulations provided by Rheinland Laws Article Seven.

The Arnsberg Research Institute, as well as Daumann Heavy Construction, have both followed the specific requirements of modular bases in Rheinland, and follow the Rheinland Laws regarding them. It should be noted that we have regular convoys making sure that every Daumann station has enough provisions to work efficiently, and that entails food, water, and oxygen.

After an internal investigation, it turns out that the employees are merely claiming to be poorly fed, this is a lie and our station management has sworn there was never a shortage. This is an illegal strike, caused by rebellious hessian sentiment, and will be dealt with accordingly.

Now, onto the "fine".

The Arnsberg Research Institute being part of the company, this fine is addressed to Daumann Heavy Construction.

For the record, Daumann Heavy Construction has been a fruitful partner of the authorities, and is one of its most important suppliers. As such, we consider this "fine", or rather demand, not only unlawful, but offensive and insulting. This is an abuse of the power granted to the Kaiserreichspolizei by Rheinland, and we will not tolerated such an action taken against a company that is dedicated to Rheinland success.

Daumann Heavy Construction is very disappointed with the Kaiserreichspolizei Rheinland attempt of extorsion, but kindly offers an alternative approach to your abusive demand. We will not pay this illegal fine, and will proceed as we were with our station operation, as is our right

Should this alternative be rejected, Daumann Heavy Construction will release a public statement regarding this case, and will press charges against you personally, and with the Kaiserreichspolizei to right the wrongs done to our company. Such decision would also mean the end of any contracts between the Kaiserreichspolizei Rheinland and Daumann Heavy Construction. Any work done under such contract would be paid according to the efforts already made, and any property returned to its owner irregardless of its completed status.

It is our hope that we can find a peaceful way back to our previous relationship, and put this part of the story in the past.

Gerrit Weiss,
Senior Legal Counsel,
Daumann Heavy Construction.

Sehr Herr Gerrit Weiss,

I appreciate your prompt response and the detailed explanation regarding the Arnsberg Research Institute’s affiliation with Daumann Heavy Construction. Your commitment to adhering to Rheinland Laws and regulations is commendable, and I understand the importance of maintaining efficient operations across all Daumann stations.

Regarding the strike at Arnsberg Research Institute, I take your internal investigation into account. If the employees’ claims of being poorly fed are indeed unfounded, I appreciate your efforts to address this matter promptly. It is essential to maintain a harmonious working environment and prevent any disruptions caused by misinformation or external influences.

Alternative Approach:
In light of your objections to the fine, I am willing to consider an alternative approach. As long as the Arnsberg Research Institute ensures the basic well-being of its crew—specifically provisions related to food, water, and oxygen—I am prepared to waive the fine for this instance. However, I emphasize that this should not become a recurring issue. The welfare of Rheinland citizens remains our priority, and we trust that Daumann Heavy Construction will uphold its responsibilities in this regard.

Collaboration and Support:
Furthermore, I appreciate your offer of collaboration. Should Daumann Heavy Construction face any challenges related to time, resources, or transports, the Kaiserreichspolizei Rheinland stands ready to assist. Our Freight & Transport ships can provide support as needed in bringing some basic supplies to the station, ensuring the smooth functioning of your operations. Let us work together to maintain a positive relationship and uphold the well-being of our citizens. (Of course as per request, since we are not a shopping mall or storage depot to have those supplies always at hand and is not our main duty, we can help to a certain point)

Civil on Detrimental:
Your point about the potential impact on civilians is well taken. When basic amenities such as food, water, and oxygen are lacking, it can lead to discontent among workers. In extreme cases, this discontent may drive individuals toward criminal factions like the LWB, Red Hessians, or Unioners. As a responsible company, Daumann Heavy Construction must recognize that neglecting these fundamental needs not only jeopardizes the well-being of your workforce but also risks civil unrest and detrimental consequences for Rheinland as a whole.

Conclusion & Understood and Acknowledged:
I hope that we can find common ground and move forward constructively. Let us put this chapter behind us and continue our shared commitment to Rheinland’s success.

Thank you for your understanding, and I acknowledge your position. It is crucial that Daumann Heavy Construction also recognizes our commitment to the well-being of Rheinland citizens. Ensuring that basic necessities such as food, water, and oxygen are provided to workers is not only a legal requirement but also a fundamental responsibility. Neglecting these needs can lead to discontent among civilians, potentially pushing them toward criminal factions. Let us work together to prevent such detrimental outcomes and maintain a harmonious society.

Respectfully,

Kaiserliche Polizei Direktorin Freyja Wolf
Rheinland Polizei

Sehr Direktorin Freiya Wolf,

Daumann Heavy Construction has always prioritized the well-being of its employees, regardless of their position or department.

With regard to the strike at the Arnsberg Research Institute, we wish to assure you that the claims made by the crew regarding inadequate provisions are baseless. Our internal investigation has confirmed that there has been no shortage of essential supplies, including food, water, and oxygen, at the station. We are taking proactive measures to address any misinformation and foster a harmonious working environment.

In response to your proposal for an alternative approach, we acknowledge and agree to waive the fine for this instance, on the condition that the Arnsberg Research Institute continues to adequately provision its crew in the future. We recognize the importance of fulfilling our responsibilities and ensuring the welfare of Rheinland citizens, and we are committed to upholding these standards.

We appreciate your offer of collaboration and support. Should Daumann Heavy Construction encounter any challenges related to time, resources, or transportation in the future, we will not hesitate to seek assistance from the Kaiserreichspolizei Rheinland.

We are fully aware of the potential consequences of neglecting basic amenities on civilian well-being and the overall stability of Rheinland. Daumann Heavy Construction is dedicated to preventing civil unrest and ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our workforce.

We are taking all necessary steps to prevent a recurrence of such incidents. Currently, we are revising our supply strategy and instructing all department managers to engage in discussions with their employees regarding recent events.

Furthermore, it is worth noting that despite Daumann Heavy Construction acquiring the company that previously operated the station, not a single employee has resigned from their position. We believe this underscores Daumann's reputation as a responsible and caring employer.

Gerrit Weiss,
Senior Legal Counsel,
Daumann Heavy Construction.
